We all know how difficult those shopping carts can be when we are trying to separate them from each other! I walked into my neighborhood big box store and noticed a couple people having issues getting the carts apart. One was a gentleman and the other was a woman with her daughter….I watched and waited as the gentleman freed his cart and went on his way. The woman was able to get a cart free and I stepped aside so that she could get by. To my pleasant surprise, she gave me the cart!!! I walked into the store but walked slowly until she walked in so that I could give her a bracelet. She seemed so happy as if she already knew the meaning behind it and smiled and said “thank you, have a great day!”. I told her to do the same and that GOODNESS feeling stayed with me the rest of the day. It’s the little random acts of kindness….thank you for BEING A LIGHT!
